What we collect
Contact information (name, mobile number), work information provided by your employer (roles, schedules, certifications, availability), and the content and metadata of messages and calls exchanged through the service.
How we use it
To operate shift coordination: sending and receiving messages, confirming shifts, handling absences, offering open shifts, keeping records of schedule changes, and improving the reliability of the service. Information about a workplace is used only for that workplace.
SMS and mobile information
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging is delivered through telecommunications providers acting as our service providers. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP; see the SMS program.
Sharing
Your employer sees the coordination activity for their own workplace. We use service providers (messaging, voice, and hosting infrastructure) bound to process data only on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to workplace scheduling, then deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
Reply STOP to end messaging at any time. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact your workplace administrator or reach us through this site.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version will always be available at this page.
